My order hasn’t arrived yet
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, and standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Sometimes delays can occur with third party delivery companies that are outside our control. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days please contact us by phone or email.
My order has arrived damaged
All of our orders are dispatched in padded envelopes or cardboard cartons to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Should any damages have occurred during transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Please provide us with details and photos of the item damage and your order reference number so we can deal with matter swiftly.
I would like to cancel my order
Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed for dispatch we may not be able to cancel the order. In this case you can return the items to us for a full refund.
I would like to return my order
If you would like to return an item please contact us first. Goods must be sent back in the original undamaged packaging with sufficient protection within 14 days of receipt. Any goods received out of the original packaging or that are returned incomplete or the product opened, cannot be refunded. If goods are damaged during transit the liability lies with the customer. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
My consumer rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. This includes any delivery charges you've incurred. If you have a change of heart about your purchase AFTER 7 days, you can still receive a refund if you return the item(s) to us, though we won't refund the shipping charge in this case. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. If your item(s) is faulty or the wrong product, you can receive a full refund, including shipping costs to and from your address, as long as it's returned in a sellable condition within 30 days of receipt.
