Who are Treatments Direct?

Treatments Direct is a niche online retailer specialising in drug-free pain relief and wellness products.

Why do you only have a small product range?

We only select the best quality products that we can source directly from the manufacturer, to ensure we can offer the lowest prices.

Which countries do you sell to and do you deliver overseas?

At present, Treatments Direct can only accept orders from and deliver orders to the UK. We will be expanding into other countries soon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How long will delivery take and how much does it cost?

Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. We offer free delivery for orders over £10. For full delivery information please see the Deliverypage.

There is a problem with my order or I want to return it?

Please contact us by phone or email, quoting you reference number and detailing the problem. For more information on order enquiries and our returns procedure, please see the Orders & Returns page.

How do I set up a trade account?

If you are a healthcare professional or an independent retailer and you would like to buy wholesale quantities of our products, you can register for a TD Professional account. Once you have registered we will verify your account. This may take up to 1 working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been verified, and the next time you log in you will see trade prices in the shop. You can find out more about TD Professional here.
